DEFECTIVE / DEAD ON ARRIVAL:
Replacing products that have failed within the first 30 days and which are regarded as Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA).

For eligible in warranty products which have been registered.

If your product is more than 30 days old, please register it in eSupport to check the warranty
If the product is in warranty you can request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by selecting "Submit Return Material Authorisation" and following the instructions online.
If the product is out of warranty, please return to this page to request an out of warranty return.
