Software Updates are freely available maintenance/bug fix downloads and should not be confused with Software Upgrades that can be purchased to enhance product capabilities.

PLEASE NOTE:
If a product returned for repair has no problem found, a fee of 15% of the repair price may be levied with a minimum equivalent charge of $60 to cover the test, transportation and administration costs incurred by 3Com.
